Mango lassi


Mango lassi


Ingredients (Serves for 1)


Mango pulp - 1 cup (1 cup size = 150 ml)
thick curd - 1/2 cup
sugar - 2 1/2 tsp
water - 1/4 cup


Method:


  • Grind together mango pulp, sugar and thick curd to a fine paste
  • mix water and blend it again. Adjust water till you get desired consistency
  • Refrigerate for 10 - 15 mins and serve chill.
