Ingredients (Serves for 2)
seppankilangu (taro / colocasia) - 4
salt - as needed
chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp
oil - 3 - 4 tsp
Method:
- Pressure cook seppankilangu just for one whistle or cook the kilangu in boiling water for 20 mins
- remove the skin and cut it into thin pieces
- heat a heavy bottomed vessel with oil and add the cooked seppankilangu pieces
- add salt and fry till the veggie becomes non sticky
- add chili powder and saute till the veggie becomes dry and little crispier.
- serve with any rice varieties and gravies.
