Ingredients (serves for 2)
Bottle gourd(sorakkai in tamil) (chopped - remove the center part and peel off the skin) - 2 cups (1 cup size = 150 ml)
pepper powder - 2 tsp
oil - 2 tsp
salt - as needed
Method:
- heat a vessel with oil and add the chopped bottle gourd pieces
- add salt, saute it for a minute and close it with the lid.
- after few mins, it will become transparent.
- add pepper powder, cook it for 4 - 5 mins and switch off the flame.
